Degree Verification. We use an online service to verify most degrees. When necessary, we will directly contact the organization from which the degree was attained to verify the major and year awarded.
Certification & License Checks. RCG will contact the organization who issued the certification or license to verify issuance, current status, prior sanctions or disciplinary actions on file, and expiration or renewal dates.
Reference Checks. RCG evaluates candidates by performing thorough telephone reference calls and prepares a summary report for each candidate based on the interviews. It is our practice to speak directly with individuals who are, or have been, in a position to evaluate the candidate’s performance on the job. These references and our evaluations provide a frank, objective appraisal of the candidate.
Credit / Civil / Criminal / Driver License Background Checks. Using an outside service certified in the area of intelligence. The background is performed for candidates based on the prior 10-years and presented in report format produced by the background intelligence service.
