RCG is committed to the client throughout the recruitment process.  Services routinely provided include:

Expert Recruitment Service

  • Information Gathering and Analysis. All relevant information about the organization and the position will be gathered through interviews with appropriate individuals at the client organization. This information will be used to create a Recruitment Brochure used throughout the process.

  • Proactive Targeted Recruitment and Outreach. Our experience and network of contacts find candidates of the highest quality that match the qualifications. Expert research and on-line announcements ensure maximum coverage and interest.


  • Initial Screening & Evaluation. All resumes receive expert screening and evaluation. Telephone screening of the most promising candidates provide a deeper understanding of their background.


  • Interim Reporting of Recruitment progress. Leading candidates are presented to allow our client an opportunity to review candidates prior to the conclusion of the search.


  • Final Candidate Assessment. Our senior recruiter personally interview all candidates selected for final interview with client. Each candidate’s qualifications and achievements are examined and thorough verification of all degrees and certifications are conducted. Research of Internet news and business information plus a credit/criminal civil litigation and motor vehicle records check are checked through an outside service. RCG will make telephone reference checks for the top one or two candidates following the client interviews.


  • Arranging client interviews. RCG arranges the schedule of interviews and the associated logistics for final candidates.


  • Interview Report and Facilitation. RCG prepares a written report for those candidates who most closely meet specifications. Report includes interviewing/selection tips, suggested interview questions, and rating forms. We will conduct a “briefing session” immediately preceding the interviews and a “debriefing” immediately following.


  • Supplemental Written Report & Placement Services. Our efforts do not conclude with the candidate interviews.  RCG is committed to the client until a successful placement is made.  Services that are routinely provided include:

    • Advising on starting salary, fringe benefits, relocation trends and employment packages.

    • Acting as a liaison between client and candidate in discussing offers and counter offers.

    • Conducting a final round of reference checking with current employers (if not previously done for reasons of confidentiality).

    • Notifying unsuccessful candidates, who were not recommended for interview, of the decision.
